With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ellen (Western) Smiley of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Wilson Smiley of Waynesboro; her parents, Wayman Western and Delta Western (Crickenberger); her son Terry Wilson Smiley; and her brother John Western.
She is survived by: her grandson Michael Smiley (Gina) of Waynesboro; and her great grandchild Cordell Smiley.
