She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert McEwen and Grace McEwen; and her husband Melvin R. Redmond. She is survived by: her children, Robert Turbeville (Linette) of Charleston, SC, Richard Turbeville (Debbie) of Waynesboro and Carole Smith (Todd Johnson) of Staunton; and her grandchildren, Allison, Lucas Smith, Bonnie Nobitz, Erica Osborne, Jason Smith, Patricia Zawhorodny and Daniel Scott. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
