Hartley (Cathy) of The Plains, VA and Steven M. Hartley (Kelly) of Waynesboro, VA; her grandchildren, Sarah Campbell Hartley, Charles M. "Mac" Hartley and Ryan Conrath; and her brother William "Bill" Spencer of Cary, NC.
