He was predeceased by: his parents, David N. Simmons and Sharon Pritt Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Dustin Simmons and Deana Williams (Carey); his granddaughter Claire Williams; his sisters, Lisa Simmons and Leslie Fry (Gary); his nephews, David and Jacob Meadows; and his great-nephew Rowan Meadows. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
