He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Lewis, Sr. and Beulah Belle Small (Thompson); his son Kendall Small; his grandson Damian Milton; his brothers, Donald Small, Ray Small and Douglas Small, Jr.; his children, Corey Small (Pam) and Dana Milton; his grandchildren, Austin Small, Courtney Small, Andre Milton, Michael Small, Katelynn Graham and Jarrett Small; and his cousin Renee Gibson.
