He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Ross, Jr. and Betty H. Ross of Richmond; and his brothers, Brian A. Ross and Daniel B. Ross. He is survived by: his daughters, Eve R. Ghiold (Matthew) and Lauren R. Rush (Austin); his former wife Vicki S. Ross; and his sisters, Ellen H. Ross of Waynesboro and Nancy R. Boyd (Randy). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
