With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe P Duncan of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on June 13, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Dewey Lee. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Duncan of Waynesboro; his son George; his daughter-in-law Cynthia Reed of Waynesboro; his grandson David Reed (Georgia); his son Robert Reed; and his daughter-in-law Susan Hall of Berwyn, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Food Pantry at Main Street United Methodist Church in Waynesboro.
