He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd D. Heizer and Estelle Heizer (Glover); and his brothers, Robert G., James F., W. Lynn and Samuel L. Heizer.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Heizer (Miller); his daughters, Sharon H. Phillips (Kevin) of Waynesboro and Pamela H. Katt (Peter) of Fincastle; his grandchildren, Byron Phillips (Codie), Kylene Smithkin (Brandon), Cassandra Hipps (Todd), Jedidiah Katt, Joseph Katt (Clara) and Kirsten Katt (Jay); and his great grandchildren, Chloe Phillips, Savannah Phillips, Logan Smithkin, Dylan Smithkin, Mackenzie Smithkin, Gibson Hipps, Madelyn Martin and Edie Katt.
