He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fretwell and Louise Payton Fretwell; and his brother James Fretwell (Bunk). He is survived by: his wife Blandean; his sons, Christopher Layne Fretwell (Brandi) and Jason Edward Fretwell (Amanda); his grandchildren, Taylor, Jasmine, Dylan, Jathan, Dakoda, Megan and Chase; his siblings, Johnny P. Fretwell and Connie Fretwell Wood (Lee); his parents-in-law, Helen Price and Roy Price; his sister-in-law Stacey Wheeler; and his nieces and nephews, Terry, Sherry, Tracy, Jonette, Suzie, Johnny, Kattie, David Jr., Nicole, Jonathan Jr., Joshua, Myami, Makaylyn and Kenzley.
