She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Belcher and Clara Louise Thomas Belcher; and her brother Michael E. "Mickey" Belcher (Sue Ann). She is survived by: her brother Scott Belcher (Debbie) of Fishersville, VA; her nephew Michael Belcher (Sara Bavis); her niece Clarissa Belcher Sutton (Tal); her great-nephew Russ; her nephew Derek Belcher (Diana); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunner, Corbin and Abigail; her close friend Sheri Walker; and also Micah.
