With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Claire Skaggs (Waynesboro, Virginia), who passed away on April 18, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Zerbini and Alice Zerbini; her sister Catherine; her children, John Skaggs, Kyle Skaggs and Holly Stutchman (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Julian, Avery Skaggs, Mathew and Zane Stutchman.
A Funeral service will take place at a later date due to the corona virus limitations.
