He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lynch Cook; his sons, James Alton Cook, III (Heather), Michael George Cook (Angela) and Edward Allen Cook (Sheila); his grandchildren, Ashton Rhyne (Justin), Maddison Sandoval (Sandy), Greyson Cook (Haley) and Ryan Cook; his great grandchildren, Kingston and Kohen; and his siblings, Edward William Cook and Vivian Lovett (William). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
