He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cabell and Nellie Cabell; and his siblings, Bertha Cabell, Mary Ruth Cabell, Pauline Spinner, Euphemia Cabell, Verlice Lovely Turner, Nathaniel Cabell, George Cabell, John Cabell and Tom Cabell.
He is survived by: his wife Actline Turner Cabell; his son Jacob Dan Cabell, II; his sisters, Ernestine Austin (Carol) and Marie Harris; his aunt Lucy DeShieds; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Clark of Afton and Anna Pannell of Upper Marlboro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Charlton and Groome Funeral Home (619 Lifecore Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
