It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Frazier Riggan Schultz of Waynesboro, Virginia, born in Boonville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tyra Jones Frazier and Mamie Copley Frazier. She is survived by: her former husband John T. Riggan; her husband Howard G. Schultz; her siblings, Jimmie Wilson Frazier, Nellie Frazier Craver and Julius Allen Frazier (JA); her children, John T. Riggan, Jr. (Jane) of Cincinnati, OH, Linda Riggan Walter (John) of Mechanicsville, VA and Jerry J. Riggan (Julie) of Glen Allen, VA; her grandchildren, Jennifer Riggan, Rebecca Riggan, Robert Riggan (Erica), Andrew Walter (Kendall), Nathan Walter (Marcie), Nancy Walter, Emily Riggan and Kelly Riggan; her great grandchildren, Wade Riggan and Hattie Walter; and her sister-in-law Marie Frazier Hailey of Boonville, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
