He is survived by: his wife Tina Louise Puffenbarger Shifflett; his sons, Jeremy Shifflett and Zachary Puffenbarger; his granddaughter Juliana Shifflett; his sister Donna Layton (Bruce); his half-siblings, Donald Snead (Marcie), Michael Shifflett and Debbie Shifflett; his mother-in-law Alice Puffenbarger; his nephew Shaun Snead; his niece Crystal Hendrix; his aunt Shirley Fitzgerald; and his cousins, Michael Locks, Doreen Holloway, Glenn Locks, Lois Demelis, Brenda Price, Ray Johnson and Natasha Johnson.
