She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Hewitt and Shirley Huffman Hewitt; and her son Skip DeVoe. She is survived by: her sons, Tony DeVoe of Waynesboro and Jay DeVoe of Waynesboro; and also Betty Cox. She is also survived by one granddaughter, one grandson and four great-grandchildren.
