He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Burns and Inez K. Burns. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Burns (Zachary Miller) of Waynesboro and Kimberly Kreusch (Tommy Thorton) of New Hope; his siblings, David Burns (Rhiz) of Waynesboro and Sandra Ramsey (Roger) of Fishersville; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Alexis, Cedrych and Preston; and the mother of his children Doris Burns. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 11:00am on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Augusta Memorial Park in Waynesboro. (Those attending are required to wear mask and follow social distancing).
