She was predeceased by: her parents, John Calvin Quinn and Mannie Sue Quinn (Bigham). She is survived by: her husband Michael H. O'Brien of Waynesboro; her children, Stephen Michael O'Brien (Wendy) of Williamsburg, VA and Scarlett Elizabeth Slack (Gregory) of Derry, NH; her grandchildren, Alden Nelson Slack (Lauren Bleskoski), Avery Michael Slack, Mariah Paige Marchant and Ethan Hunter Marchant; her great grandchild Ellie Grace Slack; and her sister Shirley Elston of Rome, GA..

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made in Evie's name to The National Spasmodic Torticollis Association.
