She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest E. Frye and Madge M. Allen Frye; her son Karl Eugene; and her siblings, Mary F. Grim (Robert), Reba S. Frye, Narveda J. Frye, J. William Frye (Beatrice), Ralph E. Frye (Joan) and Mervin Frye.
She is survived by: her husband J. Dwight Moomaw; her children, Kevin M. Moomaw (Mary) and Kara Beth M. Glover (David); her brother John M. Frye (Marie); her grandchildren, Andrew Moomaw (Allie), Bethanie Glover (Raven) and Shane Moomaw (Derek); and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Cooper and Brooks Moomaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
