With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Lucille Mosier of Waynesboro, Virginia, born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on August 6, 2022 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Frank and Mary Lucille Ralston Walton; her husband James L. Mosier; her daughter Brenda Marie Smith; and her husbands, George Ferreira, Raymond Kennedy and Nelson B. Meadows.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Tomlin Rife (David) of Bluffton, SC, George Ferreira, Jr. (Vicky) of Waynesboro and Dorothy "Star" Bragg (Frank) of Fort Defiance; and her son-in-law Ted Smith of Broadway. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and seven siblings.
