Donald Wade Fisher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wade Fisher of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Donald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald W. Fisher and Debra G. Huffman. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Austin Fisher and Mary Austin Fisher; and his sister Brenda S. Fitzgerald of Lyndhurst. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Charlton and Groome Funeral Home (619 Lifecore Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939).
