She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kermit R. Fitz and Irene Ella Fitz (Toth); her brother David Alan Fitz; her husband William S. Bays; her children, William Scott Bays of Waynesboro and Adrienne Marie Barker (Justin) of Waynesboro; and her mother-in-law Edna Bays.
