He is survived by: his wife Vivian Ann Dennis; his children, David Barclay Walthall IV (June) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Eric Jordan Walthall (Michelle) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Lois Walthall Murdaugh (William) of Spotsylvania, Virginia, Janet Cecelia Walthall (Lisa) of Baltimore, Maryland and Jeffrey Harrison Walthall (Justine) of Wiesbaden, Germany; his stepdaughter Diane Sherwood Robinson (Erik) of Summerville; his sister Patsy Jordan Walthall Hassert (Robert) of Strasburg; his grandchildren, Jordan, Katie, Michael, Megan, Nathaniel, Laura Beth, David, Scott and Jessie; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Karsen, Konnor, Kendall, Sophia, Ashley, Grandon, Lucas and Maddox. He is also survived by children and an ever-growing clan of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
