She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Fannin and Mary Fannin of New Castle, IN; her mother-in-law Myda Kelton; her brother David; her siblings-in-law, Brinda Kelton and Nathan Kelton; her brother Duane; and her sister-in-law Marquita Clevenger.
She is survived by: her children, Angela (Richard Beadles), Valerie (Jeremy Kong) and Jonathan (Katie Kelton); her grandchildren, Courtney Beadles Lohr, Caleb Kong, Micah Kelton, Gavin Kelton and Jace Kelton; her brother Larry Fannin; her children, Sun Fannin, Tony Fannin, Jody Ballenger and Tejay Ballenger; her sister-in-law Donna Saine Kelton; and her nieces, Lori Kelton, Christy Castro, Holly Daly and Natalie Kelton. She is also survived by family members, cherished friends, and brothers & sisters.
