With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Phillips (Waynesboro, Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2019 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Gloria Phillips; and his siblings, John Phillips (JD) and Tina Harvey. He is survived by: his children, Christal Campbell (Kevin Campbell) of Verona, Brandy Wade of Grottoes, Jennifer Leonard (Jason Leonard) of Verona and Naamen Le Fils of Florida; his pet Spade; his siblings, Terry Phillips (Becky Phillips) of Waynesboro and Tonya Phillips of Stuarts Draft; and his niece Lori Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
