She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Goines (Josh) and Junior Jackson; and her son Samuel. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Chapman of Chesterfield, VA, Bonnie Smith (Walter) of Waynesboro, VA, Elwood Smith, Calvin Smith and Ray Smith of Waynesboro, VA; her siblings, Mary Irving (Dan), Barbara Cauls, Rosetta Goines, Doretha Goines, Marshall Goines, Russell Goines and John Goines; her niece Jessica Goines; her daughter-in-law Dearna Booker; and her goddaughter Shante Bell. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, along with many other relatives and dear friends.
