He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E Cunningham and Nancy Burke Cunningham; and his brother Kevin D. Cunningham. He is survived by: his brother Craig E. Cunningham of Goshen, VA; and his uncles, Edward Burke (Gail) of Augusta Springs, VA, Wayne Burke (Ann) of Augusta Springs, VA, Ronald Burke (Louise) of Swoope, VA and Fred Burke (Debbie) of Goshen, VA.
