She was predeceased by: her parents, David Harley Collins and Ida Jane Edmonds Collins of Henderson County, NC.; and her husband Loy J. Foster of Waynesboro, VA. She is survived by: her children, Frank Cathey (Rhonda) of Winston Salem, NC and Terry Lynn Foster of Lexington, VA; her grandsons, Brandon (Tavia) and Eric (Ally); her great grandchildren, Zoey, Noah and Ross; and her sister-in-law Lovella Jo Rathgeber of Cary, NC..
