Spratley, Jr. (Lawana), Darrell Spratley, Kenyia "Nikki" Spratley and Danita "DeDe" Spratley; his stepchildren, Ericka Green (Keith) and Eric Hatch (Rachel); his grandchildren, Anijah Gardner, Rushun Brown, Raekwon Brown, A'Dajah Gilliam, William O. Spratley III, Ratavius Brown, Cataleya Spratley and Jalen Pettaway; his siblings, Richard L. Spratley III, Leon Spratley, Zelma Spratley, Velma Colbert, Linda Spratley, Mary Ann Ellis (Richard), Shirley Spratley and Ellen Spratley Edward (Errick); his uncle Samuel Fields (Carol); his aunts, Alice Fields-Janifer, Rosa Spratley and Josephine Spratley; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Morgan (Wayne), Dorothy Westbrook, Ruby Spillman, Veronica Toran, Emil Smith, Andre Smith, Ricky Smith (Chana), David Smith and Carlton Perry (Arlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, devoted friends.
