He is survived by: his wife Rachel Lynne Neblett; his parents, Shelby Edwards (Donald) of Franklin and William Warren Neblett of Florida; his stepgrandmother Rosie Barrett of Maryland; his children, Crystal Englehart, James Neblett, Jessica Neblett, Brittany Byrd, Autumn Lewis and Wyatt Neblett; his brothers, Paul Neblett (Heather) and Brian Neblett (Maggie); his grandchildren, Jaden Harmon, Brennan Hill, Gus Cummings, Kallie Lewis, Nova Reeves and Mia Lewis; and his mother-in-law Barbara Daisey.
