He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Sheffield and Rose Sheffield; and his brother William (Billy). He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley (Lonnie), Randy (Barbara) and Keith; his sister-in-law Ruthie; his wife Ann; his children, Matthew (Kerry) and Amanda; and his grandchildren, Kameren and Ariana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either Waverly Volunteer Fire Department or Waverly Rescue Squad.
