She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hamlin and Sarah Hamlin; her husband Autorn McKinley Jones; her sons, Marvin Hamlin and Leon Hamlin; and her siblings, Wyatt P. Hamlin Sr., Helena Drew and Jean C. Harris.
She is survived by: her brothers, Norman Hamlin of Newark, N. J. and Theodore Hamlin of Richmond, VA; her children, Sylvanious Denson of San Francisco, CA, Anthony Denson of Winter Haven, FL. and Sheila Turner (Wilbert) of Chesterfield, VA.; her niece Justina Stith; and her friend Loretta Luster. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, cousins.
