He was predeceased by: his father MSgt Clarence "Sonny" H. Carwile. He is survived by: his mother Mary E. Carwile (Faulkner) of Chester; his brother Marvin Carwile; his children, Davis Powell of Sneedville, Tennessee and Dacey Powell; the mother of his children Miranda Powell (Gay) of Wakefield, Virginia; his nieces and nephews, Christopher Carwile, Kendal Carwile (Christi), Parker Carwile, Jessica Bain (Billy), Elizabeth Weeks (Travis), Victoria Stewart and Ashley Cool; his pet Ruger; and his uncle George Coup. He is also survived by several great-nieces; extended family and many friends.
