He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Manning and Thelma Manning; and his sisters, Sandra Barrow and Joyce Manning Hopkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Place and Olivia "Libby" Nichole Manning of Bowie, MD; his grandchild Raven Nichole Felder; his siblings, Glenice Smith of Chesapeake, VA, Constance Holloman (James) of Chesapeake, VA, Terry Ellis (Audie) of Waverly, VA, Robin Johnson (Clyde) of Waverly, VA, Joseph Manning (Cora) of Chesapeake, VA, Arthur Taylor (Dorothy) of Richmond, VA. and Donald Manning of Portland, OR; his friend Caprina Johnson; his nephew Malcolm Manning; and his friend Roland Parham, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
