She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Munson Wheeler and Lillian Coyne Wheeler; her husband Howard Alvin Faison; her daughter Alvina Faison; and her siblings, Jeanette White and Walter Wheeler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maurica Keener (Robert) of Chester and Rhonda Logan (Johnnie) of Waverly; her grandsons, Robbie Keener (Sarah), Ross Keener (Claire) and Mitchell Guthrie, Jr. (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Caroline, Kennedy Keener, Braegan and Kellan Guthrie; and her sister Charlotte Wells of Ivor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions are made to Newville Baptist Church, 7710 Beef Steak Rd, Waverly, VA 23890.
