She is survived by: her children, Connie Jones (Rudy) of Petersburg, JoAnn Dowdell of Petersburg, Viola Taylor (Joe) of Newport News, Charlene Tolbert (David) of Petersburg, Avis Elliott (Alphonso) of Waverly, Calvin Bivens of Waverly and Lyle Bivens of Waverly; her siblings, Mattie Evans of Petersburg and Tim Evans of Petersburg; and her grandchildren, Demarlow Bivens, Darrell Taylor, Keith Bivens, Clifton Taylor, Shannon Wyche (Jimmy), Eric Dowdell (Nina), Joey Taylor (Jessica), Damita Dowdell, Stacy Tolbert, Sherell Bivens, Devin Bivens, Alexis Bivens, Dominga Nance, Johnathan Tolbert, Michael Bivens, Desiree Bivens and Anthony Bivens.
