He is survived by: his parent Constance Givens; his daughter Kacey Givens Clough (Hayden) of Virginia Beach, VA; his granddaughter Harper Clough; his sister Karen Givens Schumeyko (Tony) of Snow Hill, MD; his stepdaughters, Hillary Tapman (Matthew), Brandi Pianka (Phil) and Krista Butler (Cody); his niece Janel Flower (Gary); his nephews, Christopher Givens (Kylie) and Michael Givens (Lauren); and his friend Art Sexton (Louise).
