He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hemminger and Mary Jane Hemminger; and his sister Lynn Fiscus. He is survived by: his wife Marcy Hemminger; his daughters, Eva Yerkes of Topeka, KS, Grete Cole (Kyle) of Dallas, TX and Keely Hemminger of San Antonio, TX.; his grandchildren, Everett Gridley, Brayden, Derek, Preston, Kevin and Brooklyn Cole; his mother-in-law Carolyn Albert of Latrobe, PA.; and his siblings, David Hemminger (Linda) and Suzie Tarasenkov (John).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Darren's honor to Boulder Crest Retreat Center, 18370 Bluemont Village Lane, Bluemont, VA 20135.
