He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carr and Edna McPherson Carr; and his wife Barbara Douglas Carr. He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia C Lucas, Tracie Little and Lynn Dieterle. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
