It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mario Costa of Waterford, Virginia, born in Yorktown Heights, New York, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Costa and Adelia Gonsalvis; his wife Ernestine Partridge; and his siblings, Mackie, Freddie, Jimmy Costa and Beatrice Calhelhas.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Ballentine; his son-in-law James Ballentine; his daughter Denise Costa-Painter; his son-in-law Dick Painter; his grandchildren, Sarah Travis and Jeremy Ballentine; and his great grandchildren, Kellan and Reid Travis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
