He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willis Churchill and Cecile Malone (Marquis); his stepfather Larry Malone; and his half-brother Doug Malone (Diane). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his stepsons, Eric and Jeffrey Stangarone; his former wife Janice Swokla; his children, Spencer (Tracy), Jennifer Wenger (James), Jacquelyn Furton (Gary) and Sarah Churchill; his grandchildren, Makenna, Molly, Trevor, Nathan and Delaney; and his half-brother Garry Malone (Linda).
