Charles Henry Light Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023, at the age of 77, Charles Henry Light of Waterford, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Light and Elsie V. Light; and his sister Vivian V. Light. He is survived by: his sister Ruby Hissan of Ashburn. He is also survived by nieces, cousins, and numerous cherished friends.
