He was predeceased by: his parents, James Logan McIntosh II and Irene Bridges McIntosh; and his siblings, James Logan McIntosh III and Mary Jane Young. He is survived by: his wife Jean Herndon McIntosh; his close friends, James Logan, Amy McIntosh IV, Bruce, Teresa McIntosh III, Timothy Burton McIntosh, Christiane Routt and Kendra McIntosh Fansler; his grandchildren, Logan, Lindsey McIntosh V (Lainey), Jesse Fansler, Chelsea Hood (Kiera), Kelsey McIntosh, Katelyn Fansler (Bailie), Bruce McIntosh IV, Jared McIntosh, Hannah, Stephen Luttrell (Oakleigh) and Ben McIntosh; and his siblings-in-law, Mike and Mary Ellen Megeath. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Catoctin Presbyterian Church.
