He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Kirby Rae (Scott) and Rebecca Myriah Kirby Vergara (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Claire Myriah Rae of Urbanna, Andrew Larkin Rae of Urbanna, Colleen Mackenzie Magdalene Rae of Urbanna, Tazewell Patrick Rae of Urbanna, Evelyn Dior Vergara of Urbanna and Emari Grace Vergara of Urbanna.
