He was predeceased by: his wife Linda. He is survived by: his children, Forest G. Bogan III, David Bogan (Diane) and Elaine Robinson (Allan); his granddaughters, Stacey and Kathryn; and his brother John Bogan. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
