She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter and Helen Louise Heath Phillips; and her husbands, Earl Fred Densmore and Burley Leon Rhudy. She is survived by: her children, James Edward "Eddie" Stout (Kay) of Bristol, Tenn. and Barbara Joe-Ann Bott (Allen) of Abingdon; her siblings, James Walter Phillips, Jr. (Lillian) of Blountville, Tenn. and Mary Louise "Helen" Holden (Bill) of Hampton, Tenn.; and her grandchildren, Christina Bott, Brittany Harris (Shawn) of Damascus, Scott Thurston of Bristol, Courtney Dougherty (Todd) of Bristol and Nickie Mann (Chad) of Glade Spring. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
