It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Franklin Cuddy of Washington, Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard F. Cuddy and Lucille Blackwell Cuddy; and his siblings, Raymond, Jackie, Billy and Patsy Cuddy Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Mae Wallace; his sons, Tommy (Dina), Ricky (Debbie), David and Bill (Sarah); his grandchildren, Robert F. Cuddy, II (Bob), Angie (Chris Brooks), Andrew, Katie, Arrow Brooks, Cassady Brooks, Mikala (Tyler Price), Sara and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Emerson (Emmy) and Laurelai.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blackwell Chapel United Methodist Church.
