C and Larry Steptoe (Gail) of Chesapeake, Virginia; his daughters, Dr. Richelle Patterson of Maryland, Victoria Steptoe of Maryland and Nicole Spann of Maryland; his nephew Ronald Steptoe (Lisa); and his aunt Arthalia Wilson of Chesapeake, VA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
