She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Eugene Foran; and her father Ezra of Washington. She is survived by: her children, Katina Howell of Abingdon and Dean Foran (April) of Bristol; her grandchildren, Brittany Howell, John Belisle of Kingsport, TN, Devin Foran of Bristol, Dylan Foran of Bristol, Anastasia Howell of Abingdon and Angelique Foran of Bristol; her sister Ginda Dwinell of Bristol Va; and her aunts and uncles, Revonda Roop of Marion, Kathy Davidson of Glade Spring, Malcom Ellis of Marion and Dennis Ellis of Marion.
