With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn H. Askew (Washington, Virginia), who passed away on March 5, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Blakey-Haynie and Ella Blakey-Haynie; and her siblings, Donella Penton and Lawrence Haynie. She is survived by: her husband Robert C Askew, Sr.; her children, Myka Lynette Askew, Robert C Askew Jr. (Tulia), Solonge Brianna Askew (Cody Hogan), Brandienne Nicole Askew-Ross (Terrell), Cameron Michael Askew (Ashley) and Lauren Casey Askew; and her siblings, Gloria Mitchell, Wayne Haynie, Robert Haynie and Renee Haynie.
Due to Covid-19, masks are required for entry, and social distancing will be mandatory. The burial will be private.
